Prayer of Thanksgiving to GOD on My 42nd Birthday

Lord, this day for me marks 42 years on this earth. I want to thank You, Father, for getting me this far. I know that my age is something that many, many others have not and do not get to see. Over the course of my life, I can see how you have guided me, for I could have died many times over, and likely would have, if You had not intervened in my life. The fact that I'm still alive tells me that You are not done with me yet - which means that it is not finished - I still have to run the race for a little longer! While I long to be with You, I will still faithfully execute my office and, as it is written, "let us run with endurance the race that is set before us," so that - when You do take me - I can say with Paul, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." But, I will need Your help, Lord. Please, help me finish my race! Help me to achieve all that you have planned for me to do! Help my family - the family that You have given me. Help them to overcome and give them faith to believe in Your True Gospel! Help us to learn to forgive and love our enemies - those that take advantage of our kindness, mistakenly thinking that we are just "weak." Thanks be to You for saving me over a year ago from a life-threatening cancer that could have taken my life! Thank You for saving and healing my marriage! Thank You that my earthly father survived heart surgery. Heal him, Father, for he has a long road to recovery ahead of him. Work in the heart of my mother. Lord, I don't know what her expectations are, but may she vocalize what those are to us, so that we may know what to expect. Please, Lord, may Erica fully forgive me from the heart. I know that she still holds a grudge and I pray that she will release it in the Mighty Name of Yeshua! I pray she forgives me so that she will have peace in her heart - no holding back. Help my religious exemption to be processed and approved in record time so that I may begin working very soon in the field that You chose for me. I pray that I am known by You and that I am in You now. I don't want to be like so many others who will say to Your Son on that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not done all of these things for You?" to which He will say, "Away from Me, I never knew you!" May that not be me! I want, by Your Grace, to be of service and to make it into Your Kingdom! I want to experience and be a part of the reconstruction of humanity in the first 1,000 years after Christ returns to rule over the nations! What a glorious day that will be! I, for one, cannot wait! I can't contain my excitement when I truly think about how great it will truly be. Thank You also for giving me insight into the Scriptures, that I can read them in a whole new light. I sincerely apologize for arrogantly telling You that I didn't need to read the Bible - that I already knew everything that Your Word had to say - and that there was nothing else You new you can show me! Boy, was I wrong! Thank You, Father, for mercifully and gently guiding me into all truth! Thank You for my salvation! I don't deserve it, nor any blessings that You have richly lavished me and my family with! We are in Your debt always! I may not have served You fully these past 42 years, but may I do more and more as days pass. I'm not sure what's going to happen in the future. But You do. I know, and I don't believe that I am mistaken, that Yeshua and the Kingdom are coming soon! And praise Yah for that!! If there is a "rapture," I pray that we, myself, my family, my brothers and their families, and Erica's side of the family, will be taken, so that we may not suffer the wrath and indignation that is to fall upon this earth in the last days. I want to see Yeshua! My heart longs for Him! I want to see Him on the throne, not only physically in Israel, but in the hearts of every man, woman and child! Help us to survive until we see Him, Lord. May He graciously snatch us out of harms way. Lord Yeshua, I ask in Your Name, please keep us from harm. Save us, Lord, from our enemies! Keep the evil one far from us, Lord! May Your Kingdom come very soon! All power, all authority, all glory is due to You, Lord. I thank You for giving up you life willingly for wretched sinners! Not only are we forgiven, we are justified! Not only are we justified, You have placed us in Your Body! And, as members of the Body of Christ, we have a duty and a privilege to help the rest of humanity to know You, Lord. Truly, what an honor that is! Help us to get to work, and to run the race with perseverance, always keeping in mind that we are working for Your glory, and not our own! For to You belong the Kingdom, all power, and all glory forever! Thank You, Abba, for Your Infinite Grace and Mercy, for Your Righteous Judgments, and for Your Love which will one day heal the hearts of all of fallen humanity! No one will be an exception! For no one will be cast away forever! Your Word and Your Character prohibit such a despicable act! Father, forgive those who unwittingly slander Your Name by insisting on the lies of Eternal Torment and Conditional Immortality! So much paganism has slipped into the Ekklesia over the years, Lord, that it is hard for most people to tell what truth is, anymore! Thank You for saving me from that! Thank You that I, although I don't know everything, do know this: that You are the Savior of ALL men, but especially of believers! Thank You for my special salvation, and for my calling. May I do you proud as I live as a "living sacrifice" to You all the days of my life. Thank You, Lord. I love You. Thank You for first loving me when I was still a sinner. Thank You that You chose me from the Disruption of the world! Thank you. Thank you. I am truly blessed! Blessings and honor back to you, my God and Father! In the Name of Yeshua, I pray these things. Amen.
